Well it seems that R6.5 can only be installed as an upgrade of R6.0.3,

(the same issue like trying to run R6.0.1 and R6.0.3 together on one machine)

I never managed to install R6.5.0 next to R6.0.3 in the same machine.

Therefor, it is possible to install Domino R650 and R603 together, but not Notes
